How I'm doing this. . .

Lists, yes laugh all you want but how keep myself in check. iI have a list that must check off every day from an exercise list to a eating list, even a daily todo is kept. it does not in any way limit me or make me a control freak but actually allows me to manange my time so that can harness each moment to its full potential.

Well must be off as have tai chi now but will write later tonight.
